Go to Dashboard → My Reviews → click the three-dot menu on your review → Delete. Deletions are permanent after 24 hours.
How do I claim my listing?+
Visit the listing page and click "Claim this listing" in the sidebar. You'll need to verify ownership via email or document upload.
A review about my property is false.+
Use the "Review Issue" tab on this form and select "Dispute a review." Provide details and any evidence — our team reviews disputes within 48 hours.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Dashboard → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Or email support@nookrate.com with "Delete my account" and we'll process it within 7 days.
Can I get a refund on my Pro plan?+
Yes — within 30 days of any charge, no questions asked. Email billing@nookrate.com with your account email and we'll process it same day.
